Boarding fees for the academic year 2012/13 are £9,533.33 per term (£28,600 per year) and are paid in two equal instalments of £14,300.
For Day fees please refer to Day Student Admissions section.

Fees are payable on a twice yearly basis in advance. Initial invoices are issued with enrolment papers and subsequent invoices are issued each December and June. Once the offer of a place has been made, a deposit of £1000 must be sent to the College to reserve this place. This will be credited against the first instalment of fees but will not be refunded if the student withdraws having held a place that could have been given to another student.

  • Students* have the privilege to stay in College during part of the Winter holiday (6.2s with university interviews only), the whole of the Easter holiday and during Half Terms.

  • Access to all College clubs and societies (except horse riding)

  • Regular visits to Shrewsbury and elsewhere

* Students under the age of 16 are not permitted to stay at Easter.

What is not Included?Senior students studying Biology

  • Public examination fees
  • Text books and stationery
  • Pocket money
  • Horse riding
  • Private academic or instrumental music tuition
  • Some additional trips and activities off campus

The following are recommended:

  • Private health insurance (strongly recommended and available via the College)
  • Personal property insurance (own arrangements necessary)
